About The Program

The Career & Technical Education Congress is an invitation-only forum bringing together national CTE leaders and industry partners focused on advancing career-connected learning.

Directors, state leaders, and district decision-makers join solution providers for two days of strategic dialogue, curated one-on-one meetings, and collaborative discussions around workforce readiness, modern CTE programs, and expanding meaningful student pathways.

Together, delegates and partners exchange ideas, explore practical solutions, and build the relationships needed to strengthen CTE programs and prepare students for the careers of tomorrow.

Delegate Testimonials

Director of Advanced Learning
Winston Salem Forsyth County, NC

I have never attended an event that organically allowed for collaboration and networking like RTM. The conversations and learning opportunities are invaluable. I have new perspectives and ideas to take back to my district. I have felt valued and supported- thank you!

Assistant Superintendent of Finance
Hallsville ISD, TX

It has been a great experience & opportunity to have time set aside, specific to my district’s needs, to visit one-on-one with solution providers. RTM does a fantastic job in matching districts with those relevant solution providers to make my time spent here valuable and worthwhile. Thank you for providing me with this networking opportunity!

Coordinator of Innovation
Parkway School District, MO

At this year's RTM meeting in San Diego, I appreciated the connections and inspiration that happens when leaders come together to learn and problem solved around some of the challenges that we are trying to address in public education.
