About The Program

The 2025 East Education Congress is centered around the theme: “Refocusing on the Core Mission of K-12 Education Amid Overwhelming Demands.” Our program addresses today’s most crucial and challenging topics, from building a strong teacher pipeline to tailoring education to meet every student’s needs. Led by dedicated district leaders from both small and large districts, these sessions provide valuable insights from the heart of K-12 academic departments.

Topics Of Discussion

Explore how AI can revolutionize teaching and learning by providing personalized experiences, automating administrative tasks, and enhancing student engagement. This session will highlight real-world applications and offer strategies for integrating AI effectively into classrooms.

With teacher shortages on the rise, this session focuses on innovative strategies for recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent. Learn from district leaders about successful initiatives to strengthen the teacher pipeline and ensure a high-quality workforce for the future.

Discover how districts are moving beyond a one-size-fits-all approach to education by implementing personalized learning strategies. This session will cover practical ways to differentiate instruction, use data to tailor learning paths, and ensure every student receives the support they need.

Data-driven decision-making is critical for advancing school performance. In this session, explore how leaders can use analytics to identify key trends, improve student outcomes, and inform strategic planning at the district level.

Family engagement is a crucial factor in student success. This session will provide insights into effective practices for fostering strong home-school connections, increasing family involvement in education, and empowering families to support their children’s learning.

Maximizing the impact of limited resources is a common challenge for district leaders. This session will delve into strategic approaches to secure funding, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources effectively to meet district goals and drive lasting impact.

As the workforce evolves, so must CTE programs. This session focuses on reimagining CTE to align with today’s job market, offering students relevant skills and pathways to success in industries ranging from technology to healthcare.

Student mental health is a growing concern across districts. This session will explore strategies for creating supportive school environments, implementing mental health services, and fostering resilience in students to improve overall well-being.

RTM offers a unique experience for attendees that no other educational conference events offer. I love the dedicated time with vendors and the personalized schedule. It creates a seamless experience. It’s also so helpful to have all of the networking time to connect with like minded educators that are in the same or similar roles as me.

RTM was all inclusive of my job expectations. It provided professional training, high quality reflection opportunities, a variety of solution options(vendors), and awesome networking.
