About The Program

The Fall CIO Congress brings together technology leaders from K-12 public school districts for two and a half days of insightful sessions, personalized meetings with solution providers, and meaningful networking opportunities. This year’s event will explore critical topics—from data privacy and cybersecurity to the ethical integration of AI in education. More than just a conference, the CIO Congress is a dynamic platform for knowledge exchange, collaborative problem-solving, and building a strong, forward-thinking community of educational technology leaders.

How can CIOs prevent initiative fatigue while still driving innovation? This session explores practical governance and prioritization strategies to help districts manage change without overwhelming staff or diluting focus.
