About The Program

The Fall Education Congress brings together K-12 public school leaders for a dynamic 2.5-day experience filled with meaningful networking, enriching district-led content sessions, and personalized meetings with solution providers. Guided by the theme “From Change to Impact: Leading with Vision and Purpose,” this event empowers leaders to share insights, tackle challenges collaboratively, and chart a collective course toward educational excellence.

Topics Of Discussion

In a time of increasing scrutiny and politicization, schools often find themselves at the center of cultural and policy debates. This session explores the evolving expectations placed on public education, strategies for responding to political pressures, and the importance of staying mission-driven amid shifting public perception.

As districts face tighter budgets, creative problem-solving is essential. This session highlights innovative approaches to resource allocation, cost-effective partnerships, and operational efficiencies that support student success while maintaining fiscal responsibility.

Mental health is foundational to academic and social success. Explore strategies to create trauma-informed, emotionally supportive environments that prioritize the well-being of students and staff. This session includes actionable ideas for integrating mental health supports into school culture and systems.

Post-pandemic disengagement remains a challenge. This session focuses on strategies to rekindle students’ connection to learning by amplifying student voice, promoting agency, and building inclusive communities where all learners feel they belong.

College isn’t the only path. Learn how schools can redefine postsecondary readiness by incorporating career exploration, technical education, apprenticeships, and real-world learning opportunities. This session will showcase models that align education with the needs of today’s workforce.

Personalized learning and inclusion go hand-in-hand. This session explores instructional models and systemic strategies that adapt to each learner’s needs while ensuring all students—especially those with diverse abilities, backgrounds, and identities—feel empowered to thrive.

Today’s leaders must be adaptable, resilient, and bold. This session dives into leadership practices that go beyond managing disruption—focusing on how to lead transformational change, cultivate trust, and guide schools through uncertain terrain with clarity and courage.

Recruiting and retaining talented staff is a top concern for district leaders. Explore innovative approaches to staff support—from wellness initiatives and flexible pathways to leadership development and culture-building—designed to keep educators inspired and engaged.

Meaningful engagement is more vital—and more complex—than ever. This session explores how schools can strengthen partnerships with families and communities even amid division. Learn how to foster dialogue, build trust, and center shared goals in polarized environments.
