RTM offers a unique experience for attendees that no other educational conference events offer. I love the dedicated time with vendors and the personalized schedule. It creates a seamless experience. It’s also so helpful to have all of the networking time to connect with like minded educators that are in the same or similar roles as me.

Rick Surrency
Superintendent, Putnam County School District (FL)

I have been a partner with RTM for the past 7 years. The learnings from the sessions and the networking has had a huge impact on my superintendency. RTM is always prepared to pivot to provide programming to meet the current needs of educators.

Evelyn Nettles Hines
Instructional Superintendent, Birmingham City Schools (AL)

RTM was all inclusive of my job expectations. It provided professional training, high quality reflection opportunities, a variety of solution options(vendors), and awesome networking. I am leaving with a toolbox of ideas and suggestions to use in my district. It is organized and structured to meet the needs of each participant. The best conference this year!

Alicia Jacob
